There are two definitive drawbacks: - Very poor customer support: they do not read e-mail, provide standard replies and generally give the impression they do not care about customers - Poor connection: more then once a day I do not have an internet connection when using the app on the phone or the laptop. The benefits of this product are more privacy on the internet, the ability to block ads and the ability to use together with Netflix. Problems with updating, slow or no internet connection and poor customer service made me look for a different solution. Privacy and security was an issue I tried to solve.
